Dosage Details
- For Children:

- For serious infections, the dose may be increased to 20 to 40 mg/kg/day divided into 3 or 4 doses.
- The maximum daily dose should not exceed 8 g.
- For Adults:
- For infections caused by anaerobic bacteria, the recommended dose of clindamycin is 150 to 450 mg every 6 hours.
- For serious infections, the dose may be increased to 300 to 450 mg every 6 hours.
- The maximum daily dose should not exceed 8 g.
- For dental infections, the recommended dose of CLINCITOP GEL 20 GM is 150 to 300 mg every 6 hours.
