- It is used to maintain or control the symptoms of asthma. Helps prevent the onset of asthma in children aged 12 months to 8 years. Budesonide is included as an active ingredient. It is a steroid and acts as an anti-asthma drug. It helps to control daily symptoms such as shortness of breath, wheezing, and chest pain. It also prevents these symptoms from getting worse.
